In this talk, Sharon and Bokara will explore ways to heal and find confidence in times of stress and fear. “Suffering is our greatest teacher if we find compassion for our own lives and others” is a dictum we may want to believe, but it can feel very far away when it comes to our real lives. This evening, through dialogue, conversation and meditation, we will work to bring it much closer.
