Five Natural Boosts for Your Energy and Wellbeing

Our busy lives can cause energy levels to drop, leave us feeling sluggish, and make you live in an overall haze at times.

Get More Magnesium

If you find your energy flagging constantly throughout the week, you may be deficient in magnesium. This mineral helps break down glucose into energy, so if your magnesium levels are low, energy can drop. The RDA (recommended daily allowance) of magnesium is about 300 milligrams for women and 350 milligrams for men. Magnesium-rich foods include almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, whole grains, and fish. Supplementing can be helpful, but ask your doctor first.

Get Some Sleep
