Foods That Help You Lose Weight: Avocados

A recent study in Nutrition Journal found that adults who added a half of avocado fruit at lunch reported 40% decreased desire to eat during the 3 hours after their lunch, and a 28% decreased desire to eat 5 hours after, compared with individuals who ate a standard lunch with no avocado.
