Benefits of Eating Healthy Chocolate Bars

Is there really such a thing as healthy chocolate bars? I mean, considering how good it tastes, it seems too much to hope that it will also be good for us.
The primary contention against chocolates is the sugar and fat content and thereby the number of calories we get from each serving. However, not all chocolates are oozing with caramel and nougats and all those crunchy nuts that make eating chocolates seem like such a special treat.
