Yoga and Pilates in Tribeca (originally called "Do Yoga Do Pilates") was founded by Elisa Chen in 2008 as an eco-friendly and environmentally-conscious space. Though Chen has moved on, recently relocating to Hong Kong with her family, we strive to remain true to her vision by offering the same classes, with the same teachers, in a clean and well-kept space.

Karma Kids Yoga is a fun, creative approach to yoga that can be very helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. The use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control.

Conscious Body, created by Ruthie Streiter in 2008, offers education and healing for humans engaging in journeys of positive change.

The Anusara vision is a methodology based on a broad Tantric philosophy that blends various Tantric schools of thought, from both the Shiva-based schools of Northern India such as Kashmir Shaivism, and the Shakti-based schools from Southern India, notably Shrividya.
