Join this intimate group of women to learn, to celebrate and be supported in exploring how to have a relationship with your body, your food, & yourself that you love. We will come together through movement, writing, creative, interactive exercises and conversation. This series will be a 6 week journey of self-exploration and celebration of you. Of your body, your appetites, your food, your spirit & your life!
