Coffee Cure?

Have a cup of coffee. Coffee may lower your risk of type 2 diabetes, a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found.

People who drank five 8-ounce cups a day had less internal inflammation ( a risk factor for type 2 diabetes ) than those who drank no coffee. Coffee may boost adiponectin, a protein that regulates glucose. Drinking fewer than 5 cups might also be beneficial, scientist say, more research is needed.
