Egg White Omelet & Vegetables

Egg White Omelet & Vegetables
Ingredients: 

1. 5 egg whites
2. 1 yoke
3. 1/2 cup spinach
4. 1/2 cup tomotoes
5. 1/2 cup onion

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Try this healthy breakfast recipe to start your day right.

Spray non-stick pan with Oil cooking spray. Combine tomatoes, spinach and onions and saute the mixture for few minutes. Add egg whites and egg yolk to all the ingredients in the pan. Use wooden spoon to make sure it's not sticking to the pan. Flip omelet over so both sides cook evenly.
Add salt and pepper for taste.
