Extended Side Angle Pose

Extended Side Angle Pose

Utthita Parsvakonasana or Extended Side Angle Pose is another common standing pose that stretches and strengthens your entire body. This pose creates a stretch along the top side of the body, from the back heel through the raised arm.

It's often follows Warrior 2 Pose covered in this video.
Benefits: Strengthens and stretches the legs, knees and ankles, stretches the groins, spine, waist, chest and lungs, and shoulders, boosts stamina
