Fall Country Bike Ride with Wine Tasting

***LAST BIKE RIDE OF THE SEASON!***

Spend the afternoon biking through the beautiful Hudson Valley along a wonderful paved bike path that winds through the country and little towns along the way. Admire the remainder of the beautiful fall *foliage while you exercise, raise your heart rate and work your hips, thighs, buttocks, calves and entire lower body!

We'll bike for approximately 3 hours round trip. This is a moderate bike ride (average pace of 10 mph) on a paved path with very mild grade and is a great ride for beginner to intermediate riders!

Afterward we'll stop for lunch at a local family owned Italian restaurant which has a wonderful selection of entrees and large portions of everything! They have fantastic seafood dishes, traditional Italian pastas and vegetarian options including a Portobello salad!

Then we'll head to a wonderful local winery founded by an Italian family who imports grapes from their family owned vineyard in California. They sell wines, Italian cheeses and homemade Italian olive oils. It's a little piece of Tuscany in NY!
