n Shin Jyutsu® is an ancient Japanese practice that balances the body’s energy by using the fingers and hands to eliminate stress, create emotional equilibrium, relieve pain and alleviate acute or chronic conditions. It focuses on 26 key points (“Safety Energy Locks”) on the body’s energy meridians to unblock stagnation in our organs, restore balance and promote healing.
In this course we will be introduced to these 26 sites on the body where energy is stored, experience hands-on practice and learn how to address the five main types of imbalances that stymie that energy. We will also learn to use gentle touch on these points to achieve specific results, including how to: reduce stress; boost mental alertness and memory; fight fatigue; relieve symptoms of colds, flus and allergies; ease digestion; stabilize blood pressure; soothe back tension, menstrual pain and headaches.
