Janu Sirasana is a forward bend from a sitting position. It said to relieve pain and swelling in the legs and feet.

Tip: If you have problems reaching your toes use a strap around your foot and hold it with your hands.
Benefit: The physical benefits include stretching and strengthening the back, increases spine flexibility, stretching hamstrings, and improving indigestion.
