The great thing about exercise is that it can mean walking to class when it is convenient, or getting together with friends to play a game of Frisbee. Staying active will greatly help with stress management and it will make you feel great too. Eating right can be a bit more challenging, but these days many cafeterias and restaurants offer healthier food options. If you buy groceries, try to steer clear of the junk food. If you do buy snacks, try to enjoy them in moderation. Eating right will make you feel better both physically and mentally, which in turn can keep your stress levels down.
