Kinespirit is proud to offer the largest Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis client training program in the country. Each of our instructors is fully certified in Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, or both. In addition, many of our trainers have additional Gyrotonic certifications in specialized equipment and training applications.
Kinespirit is equipped with all the specialized equipment (Gyrotonic Leg Extension and Gyrotoner available only at our Studio Riverside location) and caters each workout to the needs of each individual client.
We offer private and semi-private Gyrotonic or Gyrokinesis sessions as well as Gyrotonic tower (equipment) and Gyrokinesis (mat) group classes.
