Looking for a healthy way to cleanse and rejuvinate your body? Try out this great cleanse recipe that helped many people to look and feel healthy and radiant. Known for their tangy and refreshing flavor, lemons are a great daily addition to a healthy diet. But did you know you can also use lemons to create a mixture that will be a great tool during your super cleanse detox period.
Lemon detox is a healthy cleanse which involves drinking  12-16 cups of lemon mixture during the time you choose to detox, anywhere from 5 to 14 days.

Lemon will act as a cleanser, helping the body flush out toxins. The concoction will also help relieve heartburn, bloating and nausea, as well as help you loose weight.

Lemon contain pectin fiber, which helps keep food cravings under control. Lemons are also a source of vitamin C, which in itself is a power antioxidant.

To make a detoxing drink, mix lemon with hot water, cheyenne pepper and maple syrup. ( see video for a full recipe)


Another all natural way to detoxify the body is with an herbal fiber colon cleanse. Fiber cleanses can be more gentle on the body because they do not require detoxifying diets or strange concoctions. Instead, they often blend soothing or stimulating herbs with psyllium fiber to sweep the colon clear of residual wastes and toxins.
