Brother Naradananda, a long-time monk of Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF), will present the free public lecture "Meditation: Expanding Your Heart's Love."
During his talk, which is based on the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda (author of Autobiography of a Yogi), Brother Naradananda will offer insights and practical steps that, through scientific methods of meditation, can help us calm our restless minds and focus our attention within, thereby heightening our perception of our true spiritual natures as embodiments of love.
The talk is part of a weekend-long event by SRF that will include classes on Sri Yogananda's techniques of meditation (for those who sign up for the SRF Lessons).
