This full-day workshop will introduce you to the concepts and practices that have helped Brandt and his students lose weight and find balance in their lives. We will use easeful, breath-based Hatha Yoga as the foundation for developing eating and lifestyle patterns that will help you find your balance. No previous Yoga or Peaceful Weight Loss experience is required. If you have attended a Peaceful Weight Loss workshop, you will have an opportunity to deepen your practice here. Yoga postures, breath work, meditation, suggestions for dietary change, and time for questions will be included.
