Both the full moon and new moon mark times where the strength of our intention is magnified These chanting sessions uplift the mind and focus it in a positive direction. During the full moon, we chant the Gayatri and Maha Mitrunjaaye mantras while for the new moon we chant the sound of Om. Both sessions end in a period of silent meditation.
