Protect Your Teeth by Drinking Tea

Tea may be the safest drink for your teeth besides water according to a new Temple University Study. Researchers found that teeth immersed in orange juice or soda showed up to five times as much enamel erosion as the ones dosed in green and black teas.

The reason for this is because juice and soda contains acids and dissolve the calcium phosphate in enamel. Meanwhile if you want to reduce the effect of these acids drink juice or soda with a straw, it will lessen the amount of acids with teeth and therefore reduce the erosion.
