Ready to feel good about your body and food?
Join this intimate group of women to learn, to celebrate and be supported in exploring how to have a relationship with your body, your food, & yourself that you love. We will come together through movement & dance, writing, sharing & creative, interactive exercises. This series will be a 6 week journey of self-exploration and celebration of you; of your body, your appetites, your food, your spirit & your life!
During this experiential 6 week course you will…
