Depression can be a debilitating “dis-ease” severely impacting your life. Understanding the physiology of depression, learning how it manifests in your own body and mind, and exploring the nature of “suffering” can be of much benefit. The teachings of Yoga, psychological principles, and mindfulness techniques, in combination, offer significant ways to identify and transform the thought patterns and beliefs that compromise the full experience of life. This workshop will introduce effective tools and techniques for overcoming depression.
