A Sounder Sleep Sominar® is an opportunity for profound learning, pleasure, personal growth, and therapeutic rest. You will learn gentle, synchronized movement and breathing techniques to relax your body, calm your mind, and lull you to sleep. These unique sleep-supporting practices, called the Sounder Sleep System, are currently taught by over 200 teachers in 12 countries.
The first two days (Saturday and Sunday) present all the basic principles and practice of the Sounder Sleep System in an unhurried, retreat-like format. All are welcome. You'll learn everything you need to successfully begin your practice of the Sounder Sleep System and start enjoying deeper, more restful sleep. You'll leave feeling thoroughly restored and revivified. You'll sleep better, feel better, and enjoy life more!
The optional, third day (Monday) is geared toward healing-arts professionals. It features advanced Mini-Moves, Michael's fascinating interactive talks on the neurophysiology of sleep, plus extensive guidance in clinical application of the Sounder Sleep System. Participants gain priceless skills that they can share with clients in individual or group settings. Attendance in the three-day program is fully credited toward completion of our Teacher Training Program.
