The Stress and Its Effect on Aging

Stress is perhaps the greatest factor that effects the aging process. The more you're stressed, the greater the risk of accidents, infections, and arterial aging. It's not really the stress we're worried about, since everyone has it, it's more your response to stress.
Chronic stress can damage your heart as well as other organs. But don't despair, by actively working at reducing stress levels you can stay healthy and keep your heart healthier as well. Therapies like mediation and relaxation techniques can teach your how to tolerate the stressful elements in your life and how to tone down your body's physical response to stress. Exercising and right diet will also keep your stress levels to minimum. In a short run you might not see direct effects of stress on your health, but over time it will greatly damage your overall health.
