I offer one-on-one or small group yoga sessions throughout New York City. I tailor each yoga practice to meet every students' individual needs. The practice includes asana (postures), meditation, and breathing.
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 4. My training through Aloka Life is based in Hatha and Vinyasa. I also integrate many aspects of Anusara with a strong focus on alignment.
As a sufferer of migraines and a minor sports-related injury, I understand how important it is that each student develops an awareness to know when to test the limits and when to back off; also that yoga can be a wonderful healing mechanism.
I am available to teach in your home or office. In addition to the in person sessions, I also provide audio recordings of sessions tailored to meet your needs. The purpose of these audio sessions is to allow you to practice on your own at home, also to make one-on-one yoga more affordable and accessible to more people.
