These conditions can definitely be prevented. Aside from a supportive environment or community, there are many ways to avoid being trapped within the deadly walls of these conditions. The following are the easiest, most common and proven methods.

Healthy Food Choices

You need to limit your energy intake from total fats and sugars. Boost your metabolism and try to maintain a healthy food diet. This can include a large consumption of fruits and vegetables, lean meat, non-fat dairy products, lentils and legumes, and whole grains. There are also foods that are high in thermogenic effect and burn calories as you chew.  You can always include in your daily food diet any of the following: avocado, peanut butter, omelet, coconut oil, phytonutrient-rich veggies, meat, chili peppers, green tea, beans, berries, oatmeal, and dark chocolate.

Regular Physical Exercise

Nowadays, there are many workout programs that are designed to help you get fit and stay healthy. Most programs help you maintain physical and mental health. An hour in the gym every day will make a difference in your daily life. You can also try the relaxing yoga, the enjoyable hip hop abs, zumba, or the famous Jazzercise, which includes aerobic exercise and dance fitness, a fun, fat-burning and physically health routines and an invigorating music.
