There may be a good reason why you're in better spirits after drinking a glass of red wine. After conducting a seven-year study of more than 5,500 light-to-moderate drinkers researchers at Spain's University of Navarra found that moderate wine consumption ranging from two to seven drinks a week was associated with a 32% lower risk of developing depression.
